QUALIFYING: INDIANAPOLIS GP

It was a good qualifying for Francesco Mauriello, who despite not knowing the Indianapolis track has shown maturity in finding the best feeling with the track. The asphalt track, which has been completely rebuilt for the 125cc class was abrasive and challenged all the riders.

Sturla Fagerhaug, however, in the second part of qualifying, did not find the right train, which he needed to improve his timing in the final laps. Pole was once again won by Nico Terol with a time of 1 48, 199

Francesco Mauriello # 43: 22th position on the grid with a time of 1 52, 204

I am happy because every time I improved the lap time, so I thought today that I would have gone enough ahead. But all has not gone as I wanted because all riders are really strong. We worked a lot on the bike today and everything went very well, but better than that I have not been able to do. I will try to start tomorrow well, so as to recover some positions and have a good race. I will do my best to try to take the first points of the season.

Sturla Fagerhaug # 50: 23th position on the grid with a time of 1 52, 401

I am not happy with my performance because today the bike was really good. I tried to push more of the best drivers, but I could not do it. I thank the team for the excellent job they have done and tomorrow I will have to concentrate in the race to pick a good result for me and for the team.
